If you're not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 3 days of a payment. No explanation required.
The window reopens on every charge. It isn't limited to your first purchase — if a renewal catches you off guard, you have the same 3 days from that renewal to reverse it.
Go to Dashboard > Billing. If you're inside the window, the Refunds section shows exactly how long you have left and a button to request it.
Refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to post it.
If you're unable to sign in, email support@easysaveit.com from the address on the account before the window closes.
Because you're getting the full amount back, a refund cancels your subscription immediately rather than at the end of the billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
Once the window closes, that payment is final. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges — see below.
We don't give partial refunds for unused time on a plan you've already been billed for. If something went genuinely wrong on our end — an outage, a duplicate charge, a plan you were billed for twice — email us anyway. Those aren't refund requests, they're mistakes, and we fix them.
Cancel from Dashboard > Billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period — you keep full access until the date shown on that page, and you can undo the cancellation any time before it takes effect.
