EasySaveIt provides tools to download publicly available media from social media platforms for personal use. We do not host, store, or distribute any downloaded content on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes; (b) not download copyrighted content without permission; (c) comply with the terms of service of the source platforms; (d) not abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.

4. Account & Subscription

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 3 days, no refunds are provided. To request a refund, contact support within the 3-day window.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all download requests will succeed, as we depend on third-party platform availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
